As a therapist, my approach is grounded in non-judgment, empathy, and compassion. In the initial phase of treatment, I focus on building rapport and creating a safe and collaborative space where clients can openly share their stories. I bring over a decade of experience from the social work sector where I provided comprehensive psychosocial support to diverse client populations. This allows me to draw from the varied experiences of individuals and proactively participate in their journeys of healing and wellness.

In my practice, I utilize evidence-based interventions such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Brief Solution-Focused Therapy; Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and Trauma Therapy. I also cultivate personal practices of Yoga, Breathwork, Reiki, and Mindfulness Meditation.

My work is deeply grounded in a humanistic approach. I am passionate about supporting clients from a holistic lens and guiding each individual on a unique journey to explore inherent strengths, discover their resilience, and learn and adopt new coping skills. I am truly excited to join you on your wellness journey.
